Yes, the repeat last spoken is intentional.

I entered the next two as bugs.

Good idea

I got most of them under the Speech menu but I can't even find them online at the moment.

I'm so close and yet so far. I can make and receive calls and send speech on demand. The only thing I can't do which is rather important is hear.

All I need to have the phone piece functional is to be able to hear what the other party says. I thought I'd conquered the hard part by passing synthesized speech on demand but noooo. I spent all day trying and made zero progress. Well I can't say that I now know a lot of ways it doesn't work. I may have stumbled onto something just now but we'll see.

It works ... kinda.

I've got it working but there is about a 5 second delay between when you hit speak and the voice is actually sent. This may be due to the fact that I'm using a $20 USB modem but I'm going to see if I can improve on it.
