Alper please look in the Silver Tongue directory (C:Program FilesSilverTongue by default) and see if there is a file "error.log". If there is please send it to me or attach it here.

I'm attaching a new dll for the remote control. Please replace the one currently in C:\Program Files\SilverTongue with this one and try it again. If it errors there should be a file called rcerr.log. Please send it to me.

File Attachment:
File Name: urmc.zip
File Size: 149876

The fact that the log file is there means it caught an error. Please let me know what it says with the UIRT connected. How long have you had the UIRT? It may be a driver issue.
